What is Site Council:
School Site Council is a parent, teacher, administration organization dedicated to site improvement. The Site Council determines the priority of program needs and decides what kinds of programs to have and fund.
What Site Council Cannot Do:
- Decide HOW a program will be implemented
- Decide how the school will “phase in” priorities to achieve the most effective use of resources and personnel
- Assignment of specific personnel and the selection of specific materials
